PRIVACY POLICY · LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 3, 2026

The short version: your information should stay yours.

This page explains what Avellino Farms may collect when you use the website, join the email list, or book a consultation, and how that information is used.

This policy is written in plain language for a small creator-led business. It is general information, not legal advice, and may be updated as the website or the services used on it change.

Information you choose to provide

You may provide personal information when you join the Avellino Farms email list, send an email, or book a consultation. Depending on the service, that may include your name, email address, scheduling information, answers you provide on a booking form, and other information you voluntarily submit.

Email list

The Avellino Farms email list is managed using Kit. If you subscribe, the information you enter is processed through Kit so emails, free resources, seasonal reminders, and related updates can be sent to you.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Avellino Farms does not sell or rent its subscriber list to advertisers.

Consultation bookings

Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly may collect the contact and scheduling information needed to create and manage your appointment.

If payment is required for a consultation, payment information is handled by the payment provider connected to the booking process. Avellino Farms does not need to receive or store your full payment-card details in order to provide the consultation.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • send emails or resources you requested;
  • schedule, administer, and communicate about consultations;
  • respond to questions, partnership inquiries, or other messages;
  • maintain and improve the website and its resources;
  • protect the website and prevent misuse; and
  • meet legal, tax, accounting, or business-record obligations where applicable.

Service providers

Avellino Farms uses third-party services to operate parts of the website and business. Those services may process information on behalf of Avellino Farms according to their own privacy policies and terms. Current examples include Kit for email subscriptions, Calendly for scheduling, the payment provider connected to consultation checkout, and the website hosting provider.

Cookies and analytics

Avellino Farms does not currently use a dedicated website analytics service such as Google Analytics.

Third-party services used on or linked from the website, such as Kit or Calendly, may use cookies or similar technologies as needed for their own features to work. Those services handle information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Links to other websites

The website may link to third-party websites and services. Avellino Farms is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites it does not control.

How long information is kept

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain business records, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Email subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe or are otherwise removed.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may also contact Avellino Farms to ask a question about information you have submitted through this website or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
